  2.  If you want to drink tea, you have to consider to drink green tea than another tea because it  can burn about 70 kalori per day.
  3. If you want to drink milk, you should not choose fullcream bacause you must drink low fat milk everyday.
  4. Drink mineral water as often as possible. People can not distinguish starving or thirst. When you get starve (in fact you getting thirst), you will consume meal that it should not consume for your meal, then how to distinguish? You just drink a glass of mineral water, wait for 10  minutes , then if you get starving again, you exactly need to consume meal.
  5. Eat your meal slowly. Why american more vulnerable getting obesity than French?
